You're responsible for more than just closing the deal.
THE REALITY
Managing contracts, documentation, and compliance takes a toll — especially when you're also showing homes, negotiating offers, and taking care of clients.
Every agent hits the same wall eventually: too many moving parts, too many deadlines, and too much risk sitting in the details.
You don't need to carry all of it alone.
"When I step into a file, my role is to bring structure, clarity, and consistency to every moving part — so you can stay focused on the relationships and negotiations that only you can handle."
— Courtney N. Donovan, Founder

THE PHILOSOPHY BEHIND DISCOVERY
Every file should be able to tell its own story.
The name Discovery comes from the legal concept where every record must be complete and defensible. That’s the standard I hold every transaction to.
Real estate is fluid. Contracts shift, timelines change, and details evolve. My role is to bring structure to that movement, ensuring each file tells a clear, complete story from beginning to end.
With a background in both real estate and legal administrative environments, I approach every transaction with the same standard: the file must be clear, complete, and able to stand on its own.
That compliance-first mindset doesn’t replace the human side of the transaction. It supports it. Clients feel taken care of when communication is clear, expectations are set early, and the details don’t fall through the cracks.
ARE WE A GOOD MATCH?
My most successful partnerships are with agents who…
If this sounds like you, we’re probably going to work really well together.
Want every document reviewed for completeness once it’s in place.
Value a consistent, dependable process from execution to closing.
Appreciate a TC who supports their clients while staying in the administrative lane.
Like timely reminders about dates and milestones — while keeping the final say on all decisions.
