The Person Behind the Process

Hi, I'm Courtney.

I'm a transaction coordinator for real estate agents across the Kansas City metro, both the Missouri and Kansas sides. Over 1,000 closings since 2014.

Contract-to-close is my specialty. But deals need support at every stage, so I coordinate the full arc when you need it, from listing to close and agency to close. Same standard of care. Just a different point in the file.

Before I focused on coordination, I worked in lending, title, property management, and legal, including paralegal work in real estate and litigation. That taught me to treat every file as a complete record: accurate, defensible, and easy to follow no matter who picks it up later.

I live in Southwest Missouri near Table Rock Lake, where the slower pace keeps me sharp. Outside of work it's family, the outdoors, and Chiefs football on fall Sundays.

Here's what matters. I respect how hard agents work and how much they carry. Every transaction is a real moment in someone's life. My job is to handle the details so nothing important slips through.
