Hi! I'm Courtney! I've been supporting real estate transactions in the Kansas City market since 2014, but that's not really where this story starts.

Before narrowing my focus to transaction coordination, I worked across lending, title, property management, and legal environments, including paralegal work in real estate and litigation. That background changed how I see this work. Every file is a complete record — one that should be accurate, defensible, and easy to follow at any point. That standard follows me into every transaction I touch.

A few years ago, my husband and I left the city for Southwest Missouri, near Table Rock Lake and the Ozarks. The slower pace suits me. I notice more, react less, and stay focused on what actually matters. It turns out a little distance is good for precision.

Outside of work, my life is centered around family, friendships, and taking care of my health. I spend as much time outdoors as I can. On fall Sundays, I'm watching the Chiefs. That's the one sport I'll clear my calendar for.

I love real estate, and I have a lot of respect for the agents I work with.The pace they operate at, the relationships they manage, and the responsibility they carry for their clients is not lost on me. Every transaction represents a real moment in someone's life. My job is to make sure the details are handled with care and nothing important gets missed along the way.
