$350 / transaction

Listing Document Assistance — $95

Available to existing contract-to-close clients only.

Get your listing file started right. This service covers document preparation so your signing packet is ready before you ever step foot in the property.

What's included:

→ Preparation of listing agreements and required disclosures

→ Property data pulled from MLS history, tax records, and county receipts

→ Pre-filled signing packet (address, seller name, agent info, dates)

→ Compliance (signed documents audited, uploaded to broker compliance for approval)

What's not included:

→ MLS input or listing entry

→ Client communication or seller consultation

Buyer Agency Assistance — $55

Available to existing contract-to-close clients only.

Everything organized and ready for your buyer agency relationship from day one.

→ Preparation of buyer agency agreements and required disclosures

→ Complete signing packet ready for agent review

→ Compliance (signed documents audited, uploaded to broker compliance for approval)

What's not included:
